Liar's Bar Rules and Regulations I. Game Overview Liar's Bar is an exciting and strategic multiplayer game that combines social reasoning and psychological gaming elements to provide players with a unique experience. In the game, players are placed in a dark bar scene with an animal image, and through playing cards or throwing dice, they will be eliminated in multiple rounds to determine the sole winner. LIARS DECK (A) Game Preparation Deck Composition: The deck consists of 20 cards, including 6 Queens (Q), 6 Kings (K), 6 Aces, and 2 Ghost Cards (Jacks, which can act as any of the Q, K, and A cards). Designated Table Card: Prior to the start of the game, a card from Q, K, or A is randomly designated as the ‘table card’, and throughout the round, players are required to declare the card they play as that table card when they play it. The table card will be fixedly displayed in the upper left corner of the game interface, so that players can check it at any time. Deal: Each player randomly draws 5 cards as his/her initial hand. (ii) Playing Procedure Taking Turns: Players play their cards in counterclockwise order. When it is a player's turn, he/she may choose to play 1 - 3 cards, the number of cards to be played is decided by the player and is not affected by the number of cards played by the previous player. When playing, the cards must be placed face down and the player must verbally declare that the card he is playing is a table card (regardless of whether it is actually a table card or not). Once challenged, the previous player's hand will be turned over. If the hand played by the superior player is indeed a table card: the challenger is required to play a round of Russian Roulette. Each player's revolver is loaded with one live round of ammunition, randomly placed in one of the 1 - 6 rounds. The revolver screen displays the number of rounds the other players have fired, e.g. (5/6) means that one more shot will kill you. If the challenger survives the game of Russian Roulette, the game continues; if the challenger is unfortunately shot, the challenger becomes the loser of the round, the round ends, and the game moves on to the next round. If the top player plays a card that is not a table card: i.e., the top player lied, then the top player is required to play a game of Russian Roulette. If the top player survives, the game continues; if the top player bounces, the top player becomes the loser of the round and the game moves on to the next round. (iii) Game Winning Conditions As the game progresses, players continue to play and question their cards, and at the end of each round (i.e., when a player loses a game of Russian Roulette), the surviving player continues to play the next round. The cycle continues until there is only one player left, and that player is the ultimate winner of the game. For example, if there are 4 players at the beginning of the game, and after several rounds of elimination, Player A fails in the Russian Roulette game, Player B manages to survive, Player C also survives, and Player D also survives, and then proceeds to the next round until there is only Player B left, and Player B wins the game.
