Keep the rest of the powder for other unwanted situation!</p> <p>Step 4: Blow the balloons up to its maximum capacity, so the balloons will float when filled with helium and have a big bang with a big smoke cloud.</p> <p>Step 5: They are quite delicate once inflated, so handle with care!!</p> <p><strong>NOTE</strong>: It is very messy so would recommend using outdoor.
