Either year sticker goes above a city sticker.<br><br><b>Installation Instructions</b><br><br>For the best appearance, clean and dry the mounting surface. The surface should be smooth for best adhesion. Take a moment to consider the best alignment and location of your stickers.<br><br>When applying each sticker, place the sticker lightly in the correct location. Next, apply pressure from the middle of the sticker and press outward to the edges with your fingers. This will help squeeze out any air bubbles. The stickers will look their best when applied to a cleaned, dry, smooth surface.
