Haunted Halloween captures the essence of trick-or-treating! Relive one of your favorite childhood holidays! It's Halloween Night! Choose your costume and sneak through the graveyard to go trick-or-treating in the Haunted Neighborhood. But beware, you'll awaken the ghosts when you enter the graveyard, and they want candy too - YOUR CANDY! OBJECTIVE: accumulate the most points by collecting and protecting your candy stash from hungry ghosts! You also earn points from each house you collect candy. With special BOOst Powers, player-controlled ghosts, mounting pressure from the Banshee, and a bit of luck, Haunted Halloween has enough complexity to challenge all players. It's never the same game twice. Players roll dice to move along the board to reach houses, but they also roll a GHOST DICE, on their turn, to move one of the ghosts, who can steal candy from other players. When a player lands on a door-step, they spin the Trick-or-Treat spinner to see what happens. They could get more candy, there might be no one home, or they could trigger the Banshee. Keep an eye on the Banshee as she flies across the Full-Moon Tracker! The Banshee sends out more powerful ghosts to capture more of your candy, adding to the suspense of your Halloween hijinks. Players can also pick up a BOOst Token that gives them a single-use power that can be game-changing. Each costume also has its own unique once-per-game power! Visit the Haunted House for spooky surprises or raid the Candy Coffin. Ages 7+ (with simplfied rules for kids as young as 5)
