The dealer will rotate clockwise.</li> <li>Deal each player one character card face up, and four playing cards face down. Place all remaining playing cards face down in a stack. Create a discard pile.</li> <li>The remaining character cards will be placed to one side for the next deal.</li> <li>Each hand is a hole, with nine holes in total.</li> <li>Keep cards face down and make a 2x2 grid (you can look at the bottom two playing cards).</li> <li>When it&rsquo;s your turn, either draw a card from top of the deck, or take a card from the discard pile. You can keep the drawn card, or discard the drawn card.</li> <li>Scoring: two of the same kind of cards cancel each other out; the third card will retain its value. A golden playing card can match with a regular playing card of the same value and cancel each other out.</li> </ul>
